Shticky Notes

Privacy Policy

Shticky Notes is a local-first notes and task application. You can use core features without creating an account. If you choose to create an account or enable cloud features, this policy explains how the related data is handled.

Information we handle

• Local content: notes, tasks, workspaces, settings, Archive and Trash data are stored on your device.
• Account information: when you create an account, we handle your name, email address, account identifier and authentication information. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not available to us in readable form.
• Cloud content: if you enable synchronization or sharing, your notes, tasks, workspaces, relationships and related settings are stored so those features can work across your signed-in devices.
• Service information: our infrastructure providers may process limited technical information, such as IP address, device or browser details, request logs and security events, to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide authentication, synchronization, sharing, backup and recovery; operate and secure the service; respond to support requests; and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

Supabase provides account authentication and cloud storage. Google Play, Apple and Expo may process information when they distribute or update the app under their own privacy policies. We disclose information only as needed to provide these services, protect users and the service, or meet legal obligations.

Retention and your choices

Local content remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's data or remove the app. Cloud account information and synchronized content are retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can export your content, sign out, disable cloud features and delete local content using the app's controls.

Account and data deletion

In the mobile app, open Settings and choose “Delete cloud account” to permanently delete your account and the cloud content in workspaces you own. Confirm with your password. Resolve collaborators or pending invitations first so another person's content is not removed. Notes stored on your device remain available for export or separate deletion.

If you cannot access the app or need help, request deletion by emailing support@iqprime.com from the address associated with your account and use the subject “Shticky Notes data deletion”. We may ask you to verify account ownership. After verification, we will delete the account and associated cloud content within 30 days, except information we must retain for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before automatic deletion.

Security

We use encrypted network connections and access controls designed to protect synchronized data. No system can guarantee absolute security, so we encourage you to use a unique password and protect access to your devices.

Children

Shticky Notes is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions about privacy or data deletion can be sent to support@iqprime.com.
